Cleaning Supervisor
Job Description
1. Supervise multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects while ensuring service quality delivery and safety.
2. Assist in the planning of cleaning service operations work plans, incident management, and managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials used in multiple project sites.
3. Provide guidance to the cleaners.
4. Communicate with stakeholders.
5. Able to multi-task.
6. Monitor and manage cleaning services and teams
7. Ensure adherence to safety measures during cleaning operations.
8. Submit cleaning reports to management.
9. Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedule
