Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Supervise team of cleaners Planning of manpower and deployment. Guide and coach new team members Ensure cleanliness level and services are met Manage inventory of cleaning equipment and materials used Check site's cleaning equipment condition, implement standard procedures for cleaning tools and equipment maintenance. Handle complaints and feedback from clients
Job requisite:
Prior experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices. * Ability to work independently and part of a team
