Job Description


Job Responsibility:

  • Manage client relationships and the strategic direction of the client account in the customer experience space.
  • Ensure experience outcomes meet client needs across customer lifecycle.
  • Understand the business landscape and identify new opportunities to solve challenges in the customer experience leveraging all capabilities and offerings.
  • Lead complex, cross functional engagements, and drive client expansion in the customer area of the client.
  • Define and sell solutions aligned to client s business objectives.
  • Build and lead teams that combine capabilities and working models consulting, operations, agency to successfully deliver solutions.
  • Address delivery challenges to achieve service level agreements and improve client satisfaction.
  • Builds relationships across the C suite acting as account manager and strategic business advisor, having a deep understanding of client s industry challenges in the customer space.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an Account Manager or equivalent role.
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving digital advertising campaigns to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform.
  • Experience in or knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and performance advertising is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical skills that enable you to draw insights, identify improvements and assess campaign performance.
  • Focus on delighting SMB clients by driving the right advertising product adoption for the right client.
  • Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.
  • Ooze consultative selling and customer empathy all the time.
  • Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ability to ramp up quickly.
