Job Description

Responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new clients for the company's range of wealth and financial products. Focuses on driving business growth and expanding the company's market presence.


Key Responsibilities


Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and direct outreach. Qualify leads to assess their wealth needs, financial capacity, and decision-making timeline. Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their current coverage gaps and future requirements. Present tailored wealth and financial solutions and articulate the value proposition of the company's products effectively. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract closing. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track all activities accurately in the system. Foster strong, trusting relationships with new clients to encourage long-term partnership and future cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with underwriters and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes within the industry. * Ensure all client interactions and sales processes adhere strictly to industry regulations and company compliance standards.
