: Client Advisor - Jewelry and WatchesOverview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Client Advisor to join our client's luxury jewelry and watches team. As a Client Advisor, you will serve as the brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-term relationships, and achieving sales goals. Your expertise in luxury retail, deep product knowledge, and commitment to excellence will ensure that every client interaction reflects the brand's prestige and values.Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience, understanding customer needs, preferences, and aspirations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing detailed information about the craftsmanship, materials, and heritage of the brand's jewelry and watch collections.

Sales and Business Development

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering outstanding service.
• Drive store performance by identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and maximize sales.
• Proactively network and build a personal client portfolio through clienteling, CRM activities, and outreach events.

Product Expertise and Brand Representation

• Stay up-to-date with the latest product launches, collections, and industry trends.
• Share product knowledge and insights with clients to assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
• Uphold the brand's image and standards through a professional appearance and demeanor.

Operations and Inventory Management

• Ensure all client transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with company policies.
• Support stock management processes, including inventory checks, product replenishment, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and an impeccable showroom appearance.

Events and Marketing Support

• Participate in in-store and external client events, promoting the brand and its collections.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to attract high-value clients and drive sales growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry or watches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Passion for luxury products and a keen interest in jewelry and horology.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM tools, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
