Client Advisor
who will deliver world-class service to a discerning clientele. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for luxury, impeccable interpersonal skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized, high-touch service to clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
Understand and communicate the brand's heritage, values, and product offerings.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and VIP events.
Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
Maintain detailed client records to anticipate customer needs and preferences.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewellery or fashion.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Professional, polished, and able to adapt to high-net-worth clientele.
