About the job
You will provide administrative support for client accounts booked in Singapore.
You will provide support in regard to client account administration, client servicing and retention efforts. You will liaise with internal departments regarding administrative matters concerning execution and settlement of trades, delivery of securities, corporate action, payment and receipt of funds, renewal and repayment of loans.
You will liaise with other financial institutions and service providers regarding account opening requests and other clients\' administrative matters. You will check the daily transaction list to ensure trades are processed correctly, and will prepare and send trade confirmations to clients.
You will monitor and arrange for settlement of trades, as well as prepare the payment orders. You will also input orders for securities, forex and money market into the system, and prepare and follow up on account opening documentation. You will maintain and update spreadsheets for selected clients.
You will print the valuation reports and prepare client\'s outstanding documents, brochures and investment/ research materials for the RM\'s business trip, and will assist the RM in making sure there are no outstanding items relating to client administration matters.
