Key Responsibilities


Customer Relationship Management:

Acting as a liaison between clients and the company, developing strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Brand Promotion:

Representing the company at events, demonstrating products, providing information on services, and creating a positive brand image.

Customer Service:

Providing information, assisting with inquiries, and offering support to meet client needs.

Marketing & Feedback:

Collaborating with marketing teams to execute strategies, gather feedback from clients, and provide insights for future campaigns.

Event & Public Engagement:

Attending events and promotions to engage with customers and increase brand visibility.

Content Creation:

In some roles, creating content for social media, websites, or blogs to promote products and services.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and the public.

Customer Focus:

A genuine passion for helping customers and providing a positive experience.
