Brief overview of the role We are looking to hire an experienced Client Consultant responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with the Key Accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for intellectually curious sales professionals who have a passion for international business and an interest in growth a career within a prominent research organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue for given territory through upsell/cross-sell of Euromonitor\xe2\x80\x99s services
  • Develop client relationships:
    • Understand client organization, strategies, priorities
    • Grow network of users
    • Grow usage
    • Successfully convey benefits of Passport and Euromonitor\xe2\x80\x99s methodology
    • Establish Passport as must-have
    • Develop partnership-style relationship
  • Provide expert research support to all clients, through detailed understanding of Euromonitor\xe2\x80\x99s product portfolio and research methodology
  • Work with the Key Account Manager to train users face-to-face or via online meetings
  • Encourage client\xe2\x80\x99s participation in the virtuous circle to improve quality of data in Passport
  • Collaborate with industry teams to:
    • Develop product offering to meet the changing needs of our client base
    • Leverage research and industry expertise into the client base
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder, preferably in Business studies. MBA is valued
  • At least 5 years of B2B Business Development experience, preferably in consultative selling
  • Highly motivated and conscientious professional with a proven track record managing B2B client relationships to deliver incremental revenue
  • Formal training and education in consultative sales, marketing and economics is an advantage
  • Experienced negotiator
  • Strong networking, presentation and communications skills
  • Passion for international affairs, business economics and corporate strategic planning
  • Goal-oriented, creative and self-motivated; excellent time management skills
  • South East Asia language (Thai or Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus but not mandatory to liaise with counterparts within the region
