Job Description
- Provide pre-sales and client account services (post sales) support for institutional clients
- Junior level
- Raffles Place/ Basic Salary up to $ 5000
- Min Degree in Business/ Finance with ideally min 1 year experience under financial industry
- Excellent English verbal & writing skills
- Prepare, review, and send client reporting on a regular basis
- Build and maintain client records in Salesforce and keep them up to date
- Assist in responding to client queries and requests for information
- Assist with the preparation for client meetings
- Build relationships with shared service teams and investment teams
- Coordinate marketing materials for sales prospecting, collaborating with marketing and investment teams, as necessary
- Coordinate responses to RFPs
- Help with the organization of sales meetings and sales events
- Assist with client onboarding and ad hoc projects
- Min Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics and other relevant qualifications.
- Min 1 year of working experience in banking/ financial industry in operation functions
- Strong knowledge in equities/ fixed income products
- Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in business English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Ms PowerPoint & Excel
- Highly organized and good attention to detail
