Support document review processes (New and Existing Accounts)
Drives continuous process improvements
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of the department's tasks, keeping data privacy and security.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing account opening application forms and documents as part of new account on-boarding process
Perform reviews of change maintenance request related to KYC (e.g. change of structure, beneficial owner, authorized signer etc.)
Perform account update and changes per inter department / client's instruction i.e. address proof, passport / IDs submission, blocking and unblocking.
Open and manage outstanding document issues, i.e. CRM issue
Taking part in internal project / working discussion
Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized and attention to details
Able handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to handle difficult situations, and work independently.
Good computer skills (Words / Excel / Outlook)
Strong analytical and evaluation skills and attention to details
Avaloq system knowledge is a plus
