At Spinnaker Nordic we are looking for a colleague for our client management team that works across our three main markets, Denmark, Germany and Singapore.

Our client director will be working strategically with some of the largest brands in the industry, and will get a unique opportunity to develop strategies and design solutions for our clients as well as for the department and organization, which they will be part of.

A client director at Spinnaker Nordic is a self driven consultant that has network, knowledge and flair for relationship building. Spinnaker Nordic is based out of Copenhagen and has subsidiaries in the Berlin area as well as in Singapore. Our primary expertise relates to performance-based marketing, creative advertising solutions, e-commerce and ad-tech - and we strive to stay agile and innovative with the solutions that we develop with our clients.

The client management team represents the face of the company, and therefore it is very important that our client director is comfortable in a highly extroverted role. You will preferably come with 5-10 years of experience within the industry of tech, marketing, ecommerce or IT. Alternatively, you have a few years of experience but are eager to learn and contribute to taking Spinnaker Nordic beyond the horizon.

We are looking for a profile with

  • experience from an agency, consultancy or sales role
  • a natural flair for relationship building and management
  • an ability to develop strategies and solutions for our clients

The daily work will include

  • strategic sparring with clients and partners about digital solutions and opportunities
  • building relationships with companies and strengthening your client portfolio
  • managing projects and coordinating with our executive and operational teams

Your responsibilities will include

  • managing client portfolios of our largest clients
  • building knowledge about the market demands
  • developing our client management department in close collaboration with our CSO
Your workday at Spinnaker Nordic will vary a lot, as you may one day be involved deeply in a specific field that includes a number of colleagues and ressources, whereas you might be interacting with your clients during the following day or even building pitches for coming clients. As we expect that your profile will have experience to offer to the whole team, your role will also be involved in strategic projects across departments.
