Prepare proposals and follow-up materials
What we're looking for
Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Customer Service-related studies
Excellent people and communication skills
Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy
Organised, with strong follow-up skills
Comfortable using CRM or communication tools
Experience in client servicing or sales support is an advantage
