About the Role



We're looking for a friendly and organised

Client Experience Coordinator

to join our Singapore team. In this role, you'll ensure that every client interaction, from their first meeting to ongoing support, is smooth, professional and memorable. You'll be part of the team that enhances satisfaction and builds long-term trust.

What you'll be doing



Coordinate client appointments, meetings and follow-ups Support clients with queries and ensure timely responses Maintain accurate client data and documentation Assist in preparing client materials, presentations and reports Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent experience Help plan and execute client appreciation events or touchpoints

What we're looking for



Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Positive, service-minded attitude with a desire to help others Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in client coordination or service is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
