Overview



We're seeking a proactive and organised

Client Support Coordinator

to join our Singapore team. You'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups and a great overall client experience.

Responsibilities



Handle client enquiries and coordinate responses with internal teams Maintain client records, updates and documentation accurately Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth client handovers Prepare reports, presentations and follow-up summaries after meetings Assist in scheduling client appointments and internal reviews Track and follow up on client feedback to support service improvement

Requirements



Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications or related fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; CRM experience a plus A team player with a client-first mindset
