Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries and coordinate responses with internal teams
Maintain client records, updates and documentation accurately
Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth client handovers
Prepare reports, presentations and follow-up summaries after meetings
Assist in scheduling client appointments and internal reviews
Track and follow up on client feedback to support service improvement
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications or related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; CRM experience a plus
A team player with a client-first mindset
