Overview
We're seeking a driven
Client Outreach Associate
to support prospect engagement and expand our growing customer base. Ideal for fresh Diploma/Degree holders interested in a people-focused, growth-oriented role.Responsibilities
Engage prospects through calls, social messaging and email Share basic product/service info and address initial enquiries Arrange meetings and assist in follow-up communication Update and manage prospect records in CRM Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline growth
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree Strong communication skills and friendly approach Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Comfortable initiating conversations with new people No prior experience required; training provided
