Job Description
We are looking for a proactive
Client Support Associate
to provide excellent service to clients while supporting business growth.Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, email or chat Assist in identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions Support sales campaigns and promotions Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client experience
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Business, Communications or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Service-oriented, with problem-solving abilities Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred Organised and able to multitask effectively
