About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Client Partner

to manage and grow strategic relationships within the

Financial Services Industry (FSI)

, specifically focusing on key banking clients. This role requires a strong background in

Systems Integration (SI)

and proven expertise in driving business growth through client engagement and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

+ Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
+ Build and maintain trusted relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Business Development:

+ Drive revenue growth through proactive identification of new opportunities within the account.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions aligned with client needs.

Delivery Oversight:

+ Ensure successful delivery of projects and services, meeting quality and timeline expectations.
+ Partner with delivery teams to resolve issues and maintain high client satisfaction.

Strategic Account Planning:

+ Develop and execute account plans aligned with client objectives and Capgemini's growth strategy.
+ Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability of the account.

Key Responsibilities

Experience:

+ Minimum

13 years

in IT services with at least

5+ years in client-facing roles

.
+ Strong background in

Systems Integration

and large-scale transformation programs.

Domain Expertise:

+ Deep understanding of

Financial Services Industry (FSI)

, preferably banking.
+ Experience managing Tier-1 banking clients in APAC is highly desirable.

Skills:

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to drive business growth and manage complex engagements.
