To cope with our aggressive growth and expansion plan, we are inviting individuals with keen interest in customer service to join our fast growing team.Client Relations ExecutiveResponsibilities:

• Deliver excellent level of customer service to achieve total customer satisfaction professionally
• Handle new leads to identify new businesses through scheduling appointments via messages and phone calls
• Address customer' needs and concerns tactfully to turn customers into return guests
• Ensure customer retention by maintaining and establishing good relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote services by delivering product knowledge and communicating services and packages to customers
• Quantify and qualify all potential leads prior to passing on relevant prospects to sales team
• Raise relevant paperwork for the main customer database to ensure that customer information is available throughout the organization
• To maintain and update customer database at all times
• Provide feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product and service launches as well as identify trends for improvement actions to management
• Convert potential leads to maximize total business sales
• Update and assist in company's marketing reports in a timely manner
• Provide support to marketing team for in-store events, activations, etc
• Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, preferably with some relevant customer care experience
• Good command of English; written and verbal
• Interest in the Beauty, Health and Fitness Industry
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Independent, pro-active & a team player
• IT-savvy and competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
