WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Renewals/New Line of Covers

  • To achieve team sales goal and meet growth targets.
  • To assist in developing new avenue of business
  • To build and develop existing relationship with intermediaries
  • To ensure quotations are issued within TAT of 48 hours.
  • To ensure accounts are serviced appropriately


Job Responsibilities
Quantitative
  • Achieve renewal OPAT targets
  • Achieve due premium target
  • Ensure renewal invitation issued to customers 6 weeks prior to expiry date
  • Ensure customer enquiry and complaints responded within: 24 hours for verbal & email/48 hours for written.


Qualitative
  • Record and co-ordinate with the operations team to effectively resolve all customer complaints.
  • Set targets and ensure equitable work distribution amongst team members
  • Monitor and manage team members\xe2\x80\x99 performance and results
  • Train and develop team members to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Lead, support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Advise management on anticipated renewal issues & recommend solutions


Job Requirements
  • Education \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelors Degree
  • Experience \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 5 years related industry experience with 2 years supervisory
  • Certifications/licenses \xe2\x80\x93 HI, M5 and M9
  • Special skills
