Answering of inbound c Client Service Associate (Clinic Assistant) Working days : Mon-Fri: 10am-6pm and alternate Saturdays Salary : $2000-$3000 Location : Novena : 1. Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquiries and bookings 2. Making of outbound calls to patients and customers 3. Attend to the clinic management system to ensure experience for patients/customers are enhanced 4. Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients and customers 5. Assist with the pharmaceutical duties and inventory management 6. Assist with other admin duties Job Requirements: 1. Applicants to possess at least an 'O or A' Level Certificate/Diploma/Degree (any field) 2. Interest in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals is a plus 2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word and Excel etc 3. Good communications and writing skills 4. Social media content marketing is a plus though not mandatory 5. Service oriented, responsible, fast learner and meticulous 6. Ability to work independently as well as a team - and have a pleasant disposition
