Company Profile
We are a GP clinic, we strive to provide our patients with a comprehensive clinical service, modeled on cost-effective evidence-based medicine.

• Making sure of smooth and efficient operation of the clinic
• Front office duties including handling of phone calls, patient enquiries, registering patients, billing, scheduling appointments, coordinating laboratory and diagnostic referrals and other general administrative duties
• Assist doctors in minor procedure, eg. dressings, stitches, removal of abscess
• Venipuncture (willing to learn if no certificate)
• Covid Swabbing of Nasopharyngeal and Oropharyngeal (willing to learn if never swab before)
• Ensuring all documentation and medical records are accurate and up to date
• Maintaining inventory of medical supplies and equipment including regular stocktake
• Dispensing of medications
• Liaising with other healthcare teams and insurance companies
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
