What you'll be doing
Communicating with clients:
Responding to inquiries, managing daily correspondence, and providing updates on accounts or services.Managing client relationships:
Building rapport, understanding client needs, and ensuring positive interactions.Supporting administrative matters:
Providing administrative support, preparing materials, and assisting with client meetings.Resolving customer complaints and inquiries proactively:
Addressing concerns and seeking solutions.What we're looking for
Diploma in Local Polytechnic or A levels Fresh Grads/ORD/Career Switch Welcome! No Experience Needed!
