Job Description

• Singapore Based (Sin Min Autocity)
• 6 Days | Mon-Fri 8.45am-5.45pm, Sat 8.45am-3.30pm (1 hour lunch break and 30 minutes tea break)
• Salary: Basic $2,500 - $4,000 (Based of Experience)
• Class 3/3A Driving License
• at least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience

• Verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Manage spare parts ordering and issuance
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide service quotations to customers
• Expedite parts delivery and tracking jobs
• Handle customer inquiries and bookings
• Maintain document records and correspondence
• Oversee vehicle servicing and repair processes
• Handle negotiations, complaints, and sales closures
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Issue invoices and prepare necessary paperwork
• Handle ad-hoc tasks
