Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Securities Services clients, managing all aspects of the custodial relationship with the bank.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure adherence to service level standards and timely execution of client requests.
  • Review and understand client requirements, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and Service Level Standards.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to obtain feedback on service levels and initiate service reviews as agreed upon.
  • Advocate for the client and take ownership of finding solutions to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Facilitate query handling, ensuring responses are provided accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor regional and global markets for new developments, analyze their impact on clients, and prepare informative communications such as Newsflashes and Custody Insights.
  • Maintain effective and timely client communication, including bulletins, operational queries, and questionnaires.
  • Initiate issue escalation to relevant Unit Heads when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain Management Information System (MIS) on client Assets Under Custody (AUC) and activity for internal reporting and reference purposes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years\' experience in client services within the Securities Services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound knowledge of financial markets, including regulatory changes and market developments.
  • Proficiency in using management information systems and reporting tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
