Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Providing after-sales service calls, training, and support to customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Lead generation, cold calling, pitching, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Able to handle 1 to 1 / group presentations confidently.
- 1+ years of successful sales and customer service experience.
- Good interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Able to liaise with English & Mandarin-speaking clients.
