Support the Pricing & Customer Service Manager in providing freight services to customers.
Arrange freight services for customers and ensuring alignment with customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Act as a resource for all Air- freight inquiries for Crane SG
Responsible for coordinating with internal and external customers to arrange collection.
Plan with the vendor to arrange collection
To verify vendor invoices for shipments arranged.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to customers and account managers, when required
Ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements are communicated with operations team effectively.
Effectively communicate with overseas Offices/Agents/Carriers to meet customer\'s requirements.
Ensure timely updates on shipment status to customers.
