Job Description


Description :Responsibilities:

  • Support the Pricing & Customer Service Manager in providing freight services to customers.
  • Arrange freight services for customers and ensuring alignment with customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
  • Act as a resource for all Air- freight inquiries for Crane SG
  • Responsible for coordinating with internal and external customers to arrange collection.
  • Plan with the vendor to arrange collection
  • To verify vendor invoices for shipments arranged.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to customers and account managers, when required
  • Ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements are communicated with operations team effectively.
  • Effectively communicate with overseas Offices/Agents/Carriers to meet customer\'s requirements.
  • Ensure timely updates on shipment status to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned
