Job Description


Summary

The incumbent reports to the Manager of Partnership Servicing, Operations (Partnership Distribution) and will serve as the first point of contact to business partners on all aspects of post-sales operations. He/she is responsible in ensuring that primary servicing objectives for in-force policies under his/her assigned business channel(s) are met efficiently and effectively, and that servicing requests and enquiries from business partners\' are promptly fulfilled.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact to business partners on all aspects of post-sales operations. Key liaison between said business partners and internal units within AIA (customer service, Finance, Compliance, Legal) for policy servicing enquiries/issues
  • Handle and attend to incoming enquiries received from business partners within the stipulated turnaround time.
  • Follow up and update business partners on status of servicing requests and enquiries through correspondences and formal acknowledgement letters.
  • Promote the use of digitalization tools and services offered by the company to business partners
  • Resolve issues arising from day-to-day operations, and manage complaints raised by business partners.
  • Support the Sales Team in growing the business and achieving sales targets for the respective business channels.
  • Ensure adherence to company, regulatory and compliance guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain and update SOP/resource libraries to ensure that new workflows and guidelines are incorporated and accurately documented.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience (preferably in Insurance Operations).
  • Related insurance qualifications such as M5, M9 and LOMA would be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter who constantly strives for excellence.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
