An exciting Client Services Analyst job has just become available at one of the most respected global banking institutions based in Singapore. This is a role for a front office focused individual who is a leader in their field. About the Client Services Analyst Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for having extensive interactions with the clients, external counterparties, internal teams such as trading desks, sales and technology, both locally and cross regional on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage account opening and client documentation onboarding related activities
  • Provide support and guidance for the Implementation and solution perspective, where required/requested to the Sales Officers during the sales process and review client proposals
  • Oversee the delivery and execution of all assigned projects in line with the clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations, either individually as a project manager or partner with another
  • Provide pre-sales support, working closely with sales across core GTS products
  • Ensure that implementations/projects are delivered in accordance to using the Asia implementation procedures as guidelines
  • Ensure all internal reporting and matrixes are adhere to the implementation governance
  • Provide technical support and training to clients where required
The successful Client Services Analyst has the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams and other internal stakeholders as well as communicate effectively with intermediaries when the need arises. Key Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business administration, finance or marketing disciplines
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a private banking environment, specialising in client servicing
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with a strong client focus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
