The largest sector of this industry is mobile gaming accounting for 51% of the overall gaming revenue.
Mobile gaming is now a $120B industry and twice as big as the global box office. Mobile gaming is overtaking
social media in popularity and is predicted to be a $2-400B industry by 2025. All Brands need a mobile
gaming strategy, otherwise they will lose eyeballs on the millions!

Your Job Purpose


The Client Services Manager is responsible for the successful on boarding of new advertiser partners and
management of key accounts, collaborating on proposals to brand marketers, troubleshooting technical
issues, assisting in proposal development. The individual will work cross functionally with other
departments internally to provide high service level to our clients.

Your role

  • Managing and developing new client relationships within the full lifecycle of the account — on boarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, reporting etc.
  • Work closely with the Strategy, Client Services, and Tech teams to help drive the overall goals
  • of the clients’ campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day contact with top-tier clients to deliver value to the accounts through revenue lift, brand control and escalation management.
  • Optimize, track and analyze the daily performance of campaigns.
  • Demonstrate your knowledge for the mobile industry and apply that expertise to building deeper client relationships.

Your Experience and Competencies

  • Three to five years of digital account management experience within mobile industry
  • Strong analytic and mathematic skills
  • Excellent communicator (written and spoken)
  • Team player, high-energy, driven, revenue-focused work style
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product launch environment
  • Good ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Savvy in handling multiple stakeholders and clients
