We have the following new role opening:


Client Services Officer (3 months contract)


Responsibilities:

• 
  Meet and Greet clients and visitors
• 
  Co-ordinating all meeting rooms bookings
• 
  Answering all incoming calls and managing the switchboard
• 
  Assist in F&B arrangement for meetings
• 
  Ensuring the upkeep of front office area
• 
  Assisting in ad hoc administrative duties when required

Requirements:

• 
  Higher NITEC, GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 and \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 levels or Diploma in Hospitality
• 
  Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Front office or Hospitality industry will be an advantage
• 
  Proficient in MS Outlook & MS Word software applications
• 
  Well-groomed and project a professional image
• 
  Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 
  Possess a positive attitude with the ability to provide excellent service working within a team
