Sales Support Officer (3 Months Contract | Pasir Panjang | Up To $3000)

Job Description
Industry: Shipping (Chemical solution) Duration: 3 months contract (cover for maternity)
Work Location: Pasir Panjang Road (3 min walk from Pasir Panjang MRT)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Budget: Up to $3000 (Depending on suitability and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and enquiries through the CRM
- Issue quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes etc
- Co-ordinate with third party warehouse to facilitate deliveries and collections
- Resolving discrepancies and customer complaints
- Maintain records and documentation
- Maintain catalogues
- General office administration as assigned
- Ability to work remotely / independently
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Be familiar with import/export, Incoterms and payment terms
- Proficient at Microsoft software, Dynamics or Epicor, ERP and CRM experience preferred
