Roles & Responsibilities As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be actively engaging the customer & internal stakeholders to support daily operational matters for the business. An ideal candidate is someone who exhibits a great personality, a strong passion for customer success, a keen eye for details and seeks continuous success in customer service.
Daily operational duties (internal):

  • Respond to email and call queries from customers appropriately and timely
  • Work closely with all internal departments (sales team) & customers to fulfil their orders & provisioning requirements in a timely manner

  • Actively monitor order-processing status until case is completed

  • Coordination for daily hardware delivery to customers
  • Attend to first line troubleshooting for customers for mobile services
  • Ensure prompt & timely update of information into internal CRM system
  • Check daily reports on customer’s mobility provisioning requirements
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure positive customer experience

Daily operational duties (external to suppliers):
  • Order submission & procurement of services from multiple vendors to fulfil customer’s orders
  • To be the Point-of-Contact with suppliers on daily operational matters to ensure smooth processing and order fulfilment

  • Check and ensure accuracy of cost invoiced by suppliers then reconcile & submit bill disputes to suppliers when required.
  • To maintain a good relationship with suppliers

  • Are customer success orientated - you are the type of individual who enjoys putting your specialized skills to use while helping people solve problems. Preferred experience in customer service, that involves preferably both call and high volume of email handling.
