• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and anticipating their needs.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless execution of projects.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products/services on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and upsell additional offerings.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at various levels.
• Good communication and/or presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
