1. Assisting with customer requests and enquiries
2. Perform document filing and data capturing
3. Prepare business documents using Shopify system
4. Handle payment and collection
5. Arrange follow-up appointments with customers and new leads
6. Provide ad-hoc administrative support
7. Creating and publishing marketing collaterals
