Daily fixing of loan rates with clients within the assigned portfolio.
Monitoring of daily excesses and handling of transaction exceptions (e.g. GIRO, cheques) under the assigned portfolio of clients.
Attending to clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries and requests for all loan drawdown, rollovers, repayments; fixed deposit placements, rollovers, withdrawals; funds transfer, foreign exchange transactions and other operational matters, including arranging for statements/advices to clients.
Handling of account mandate updates and facilitating trade-related transactions.
Handling of matters relating to dormant accounts, undelivered mails, call back process, and reviewing of non-registered contacts listing jointly with Relationship Managers.
Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
Overall, to work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver a superior client servicing experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field
3. Experience in client servicing within Banking industry preferred
4. Independent, fast learner with the ability to multi-task and work
under time pressure
5. Good written and oral communication skills, to effectively interact
with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
6. Meticulous, with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
