Job Description


The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta\'s Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. CSM manages key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert and a trusted adviser in full funnel marketing strategy, media planning, creative, tech integration, and measurement for top global brands across multiple verticals. This role is responsible for recommending digital marketing solutions for our customers using data and analytics, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service and commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment. You should have a deep passion for Meta\'s advertising solutions and the overall marketing/tech ecosystem. This role is supporting the Asia-Pacific region, working with clients based in Southeast Asia, AU, India and Japan. This role will be located in our office in SingaporeClient Solutions Manager ResponsibilitiesIdentify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our clients.Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners (media, creative, measurement partners, martech, etc.)Advise clients on media and creative strategy, planning, measurement and optimization of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance IndicatorsCollaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to youUse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client\'s marketing objectivesManage internal account operations (revenue delivery, CRM tools, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams, managing complex workstreamsDrives product improvements internally with XFN partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clientsBuild and manage relationships with both C-Suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, Meta partners etc.)Minimum Qualifications6 years + experience working directly in marketing, media and/or consulting firms, and demonstrated leadership skillsExperience in Meta\'s advertising solutions and other digital advertising platforms.Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional/online marketing ecosystemExperience in communicating , collaborating and working effectively in a team, with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally).Experience in managing complex projects and workstreams with minimal direction and a high attention to detailExperience and passion for working with numbers, analysing large datasets and delivering actionable insightsAbility to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to actionDemonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills Consultative selling skillsAbility to travel as needed for client and partner meetingsPreferred QualificationsMBA in MarketingAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools.Experience with relational databases and analysis tools like Tableau, SQL.LocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
