le Overview

We are looking for a Client Solutions & Operations Intern to support both operations and client-facing initiatives. This role offers a mix of fund administration, reporting, and compliance exposure, combined with marketing and client solutions support.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Reporting

+ Assist in fund operations: NAV preparation, subscription/redemption processing, compliance checks.
+ Maintain records on loans, repayments, and client subscriptions.
+ Support coordination with banks, auditors, and other service providers.

Client Solutions & Marketing

+ Help prepare pitch decks, factsheets, and email communications to prospect and investors.
+ Plan, organise and implement client events, marketing initiatives, and communications.
+ Draft content for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and presentations.
+ Assist with CRM updates and client data tracking.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (bonus: Canva, Salesforce CRM, or digital marketing tools). Interest in financial services, client engagement, and business operations. Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
