Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend client needs and spot opportunities for innovative financial solutions.Develop and implement a sales strategy for platform origination and client profiling.Interpret financial data such as cash flow statements, balance sheets, and income statements to understand clients\' financial standings.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging financial technologies.Engage with clients to grasp their financial objectives, offering tailored financial solutions.Design bespoke trade working capital finance products and platform capabilities to meet clients\' specific requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of proposed solutions.Prepare and deliver solution proposals and sales presentations to clients.Assist the sales team in negotiating and finalizing deals.Provide ongoing support to clients, monitoring solution performance and making adjustments as needed.Stay informed about changes in regulations and compliance related to financial products and services.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, economics, strategy, supply chain, or related fields.3-5 years of experience in product, sales, or consulting roles in Banks and/or FinTechKnowledge of trade working capital finance products such as Trade Finance/Supply Chain Finance and treasury workflow automation.Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong experience in working with decision-makers.Ability to collaborate within a team and cultivate robust client relationships.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.Proven analytical background with tangible results.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Hudson Global Resources (Singapore) Pte LtdEA Licence Number: 23C2056EA Personnel Registration ID: R1660951
