  • This Role seeks to develop a positive customer experience and fosters relationships and support brand loyalty. You are generally responsible for the health of your customers' relationships as well as the delivery of services catered to your customer’s needs which includes but not limiting the following.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Providing timely value propositions during the onboarding process
  • Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service
  • Manage and review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of customer experience with the company
  • Service delivery of the Company’s specialized set of products
  • Collaborative work with Business Development Team and across departments
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales Team to cultivate and service new and existing customers in Singapore thru virtual and/or face-to-face meetings. You will be providing post-sales support to our client base helping them to understand the benefits of our services, assisting them to better manage their businesses In addition to your natural sales and customer relations talent, this role is a strategic one . Energy and Drive: You will have the energy and drive to take the company forward and be comfortable and able to work in a GMT +10 time zone ABOUT THE COMPANY: Aeco Pacific is a Singapore business that provides the Power Choice and AECO Energy brand of electricity brokerage and consulting services. Servicing deregulated electricity markets, we provide businesses with market intelligence and procurement services for electricity contracts in a dynamic and changing market. We help a business save time and money by using our intelligence and computer systems to allow them to source their energy needs more effectively and efficiently. REQUIREMENTS
  • Required Language(s): Fluent both in Mandarin and English (to deal with Chinese-speaking Suppliers and to handle queries and concerns for local Mandarin-speaking customers)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Great interpersonal skills with exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use if products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Proven experience working in a business-to-business services environment
  • Demonstrated track record of customer retention, converting leads to customers, or being instrumental in strengthening customers’ loyalty to the company
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Minimum familiarity with using a CRM and accurate database management processes
  • Preferred: Understanding of current issues concerning the energy consumption market for businesses
  • Excellent, pleasant, and articulate phone manner
  • Strong command of English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Always demonstrated a client-centered focus approach
  • Respond well to change and adaptable to changing circumstances
  • A willing and supportive team player
  • Can work independently
  • Able to work to a GMT+10 timezone
