Job Description

  • Min 1-5 years of experience performing an equivalent role in administrative support, preferably to those who have fulfilled a paralegal or corporate secretarial role.
  • Strong customer service skillset

The Client Success Manager will use meticulous organizational & administrative skills to provide responsive and quality customer service to high net-worth clients, and support the team to ensure the smooth core administration of the day-to-day service delivery to our clients.

  • Provide direct customer service to end clients to ensure that their requirements and services are met and rendered accurately
  • Provide smooth administration of meetings, discussions, and tasks delegation and ensuring relevant technical support is rendered by relevant colleagues
  • Ensure accurate upload of materials and peripheral requirement to keep the company Directors informed on latest update or any ad-hoc requirement as and when needed
  • Support the Operations Director on all administrative and coordination requirement. This will include handling of payments, claims, invoices for the team in support of the Directors; managing of logistics essential to facilitate the meetings; and coordinate key administrative tasks to ensure the Directors and the service delivery team gets well supported.
  • Assist in all in-housing corporate secretarial filling matters for MAS, ACRA & IRAS, maintain statutory register, records and ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Min 1-5 years of experience performing an equivalent role in administrative support, with preference given to those who have fulfilled a paralegal or corporate secretarial role.
  • GCE ‘A’ level, Degree, Diploma, or equivalent
  • Meticulous to ensure all records and documentations are well kept, well-organized in proper filling
  • Team player and helpful to support all colleagues, 3rd party partners, and end clients, and to provide assistance to our key stakeholders i.e. the Directors and corporate partners
