More about the role & team The purpose of the Client Success Specialist is to support the Style Analytics clients including Asset Managers, Asset Owners and Investment Consultants, acting as the first point of contact for all queries. You will facilitate the clients\xe2\x80\x99 use of the system, ensuring that their experience is positive, and potential is realised. The role acts as a value-add service, where you will also be responsible for working collaboratively with Account Management to help grow our business opportunities. What skills and experience do I need to succeed? As the Client Success Specialist, you will fill a key role on the Investment Metrics Client Success Team. You will serve as the primary liaison for our clients and be crucial to the successful management of client relationships. You will be establishing, promoting, and nurturing good client relations (both internal and external). You will be responsible to showcase our products to our clients and ensure they have a full understanding throughout the demonstration. You will ideally need a minimum of 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a client support position within the financial services sector, however we will consider recent graduates with investment management related qualification with little work experience.

This is a remote role. You must be based in the US east coast.
There might be a 5%-10% travel required.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $110,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we\'ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors such local market conditions and internal equity.
