Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on ongoing service matters
Manage appointment scheduling and respond to client enquiries
Assist with service coordination for student onboarding and settlement arrangements (training provided)
Perform administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, and file organisation
Optional: support simple content creation such as basic video recording (not required)
Requirements
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage but not required
Preferred (Optional)
Experience with simple video shooting or editing
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other basic content tools
Interest in student services, customer support, or coordination work
