Job Decription (Multiple vacancies)1) Finance Exec (AP)\xc2\xb7 Performing day to day AP transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AP data.\xc2\xb7 Processing accounting payables in compliance with financial policies and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for .\xc2\xb7 Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.\xc2\xb7 Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals.2) Finance exec (AR)\xc2\xb7 Performing day to day AR transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AR data.\xc2\xb7 Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.\xc2\xb7 Verify discrepancies and resolve clinics\'/ hospital\'s billing issues.\xc2\xb7 Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals.3) Accs Executive\xc2\xb7 Handles full sets of accounts for Group and its subsidiaries;\xc2\xb7 Prepare quarterly GST submissions;\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly variance analysis for the Group and subsidiaries accounts;\xc2\xb7 Prepare and ensure all month-end closing reports are submitted on a timely manner and ensure all intercompany balances are properly reconciled;\xc2\xb7 Management of cash flow and assist in the preparation of cash flow projection;\xc2\xb7 Prepare and ensure monthly management report are in accordance to FRS and accounting policies;\xc2\xb7 Prepare and implement financial and accounting policies and procedures for the group and make recommendations for improvements;\xc2\xb7 Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agents and other professional advisors for statutory compliances;\xc2\xb7 Assist in the management and maintenance of robust internal control processes; Implementing HQ corporate policies, procedures and reportingRequirements\xc2\xb7 Preferably with Audit and Healthcare experience.\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.\xc2\xb7 Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Bookeeping or equivalent.Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
