- Provide frontline customer service

- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
- Min. 1-2 years relevant experience as clinic assistant/ patient service associate
