The Clinic is urgently looking for clinic assistants who are able to commence ASAP. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining smooth operations of front desk activities at the clinic
Administrative duties including but not limited to: attending, answering phone calls/emails/faxes, registering patients, scheduling appointments, attending to patient queries, dispensing medications, invoicing, management of inventory, filing and tidying the clinic
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Assisting doctors in their work
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Experience in Healthcare setting and familiarity with Clinic operations would be an advantage
