Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Clinic Assistant.Benefits Summary

- Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
- Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres
- To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
- To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
- Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
- Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department
- Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties.
- A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Passionate to work in Healthcare industry
