• Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
• Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings / appointments
• To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
• To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
• Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
• Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department
• Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties.

Requirement

• A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Passionate to work in Healthcare industry
