Our Client, a leading and well-known Private Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Telemed / Patient Service Associate.

Summary

• Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday - Sunday, between 8am - 10:30pm (8 hours shift)
• Industry: Healthcare
• Full time benefits entitlement

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
• Obtain patient address, contact details, insurance information and medical history
• Maintain patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit
• Identify patient\'s insurance coverage and collect co-payments
• Process credit card payments and balance daily cash deposits

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
• A team player who is also able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency
• Able to commit shifts
