As a Clinic Assistant at Beacon Health Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and seamless operation of our general practice clinic located in the Tanjong Pagar. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and customer service to contribute to the wellbeing of our patients.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and checking in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience Scheduling and managing appointments to optimise the clinic's workflow Handling claims including TPA,CHAS, third party insurance, etc. Managing clinic budgets, billing processes. Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and sanitised Assisting doctor with various clinical tasks as needed Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Handling telephone inquiries and addressing patient queries in a professional manner Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the clinic

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment Preferably with phlebo certificate Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to patient wellbeing * Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and saturday, as required
